Wehrpass to Ernst Fritz Luszek. Luszek was a professional driver from the Berlin area. He went into service a few years before the start of the war, took part of the annexation of Czech and was send to East Germany and Poland in the beginning fases of the war in 1939. Serving with Schützen Regiment as a driver he was part of the occupation force in Denmark April/May 1940. On 2.5.1940 he was wounded in Denmark. Later he was send to the east with the 11. Pz. Div. Luszek participated in a huge list of famous battles: Moskow, Woronesh, Karkow, Kursk,... He was now also awarded with the Drivers badge in bronze. In April the 11. Pz. Div. was send to France to reassemble but only a few weeks later the allied invasion took off in the North. Luszek, as driver, was part of the transport forced (Kdr. Dinatru 61). The Divison moved through the Rhone Valey and fought in Lorraine. Afterwards the paticipated in the Battle of the Bulge, Saarfront, Roer am Rhein and Remagen! Luszek was awarded with the War Merrit cross 2nd class with swords in April 1945. He was taken POW and discharged in June 1945. 

The WP remains in excellent condition with normal signs of age. All pages intact with original photo of Luszek.
